Paul joined Miele in July 2020 as Retail Regional Manager for the Northeast and ascended to Director of Projects and Kitchen Retail Trade (KRT) Divisions nationwide in summer 2023.

Paul has a distinguished record of founding new divisions and leading large teams across the United States. His hands-on expertise in construction, design, and building management has spurred strategic innovations. He remains dedicated to cultivating robust relationships and delivering an unparalleled "Immer Besser" experience for luxury projects and partners nationwide.
With 18 years at Miele USA, Alex joined in 2006 as a Territory Manager for Southern California and Nevada. His success led to his promotion as Regional Manager for the West – Retail, overseeing the West Coast and Mountain States and driving significant brand growth.
In 2016, Alex transitioned to the Project Sales Team as Regional Project Sales Manager for the Western and South-Central Regions, managing key projects in San Francisco, Honolulu, Los Angeles, and Seattle. His consultative approach ensures optimal residential solutions for clients. Alex holds a degree from the University of Missouri and an MBA from Pepperdine University. He lives in Southern California with his wife and three daughters.
With more than 20 years of experience in the luxury building industry, Paul focuses on the regional network and expanding the project pipeline across the Northeast. He has forged strong partnerships, leading to major projects like the Waldorf Astoria and EQUINOX Hotel in NYC. His emphasis on education and grassroots prospecting has empowered the A&D, Engineer, Contractor, and Owner/Developer communities with insights into high-design, premium faucets and fittings.
Having lived and worked in Japan and Asia, Paul exemplifies Miele's Immer Besser philosophy, reflecting a commitment to continuous improvement.
Craig joined Miele in 2000 with a mission to expand retail distribution in Florida. Passionate about representing this prestigious global brand, he eagerly showcased Miele’s innovative appliances. His success led to his promotion as Regional Sales Manager, where he played a key role in Miele's growth.
In 2017, Craig transitioned to managing Multi-unit Project Sales in the Southeastern U.S., leveraging his deep Miele expertise to build relationships with prominent developers. He excels in this role, finding fulfillment in the meticulous attention to detail that defines iconic, high-design structures.
Sean joined Miele in 2017 as the Chicago area single family home Builder Sales Manager. After tremendous growth and success, he joined the Project Division covering the Central Region focusing on the multi-family segment of the business.
Having been in the industry for over 10 years, Sean has cultivated strong relationships with developers, architects, designers, builders, and dealer partners. With his extensive product knowledge, his goal is to ensure that Miele exceeds the customers’ expectations in having the right product and service for their project. As a member of the Project team, Sean looks forward to contributing to continued success.
